Valentines and Vegas Casino Night!

The American Legion, William M. Randolph, Post 593 in Converse, TX is holding a "Valentines & Vegas" Casino Night on Saturday, February 12, 2011 from 6:30 to 11pm. This is a fundraiser for our non-profit organization.

Tickets include gambling money, 2 drink tickets, finger foods, and an entry to win one of two 42" HD TVs being given away this night. Prizes for Casino Winners include: 1st Place: 42" HD TV, 2nd Place: Surround Sound System, 3rd Place: Blu-Ray Player.

*** Only 200 tickets are being sold! ***

There will also be a Costume Contest this night. Dress as the Rat Pack (1940's) or in your best Vegas attire. Prizes will be given away for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.

There will be a professional Elvis impersonator providing entertainment for the evening. Elvis will also perform a Valentines Renewal of Vows ceremony.

Finally, there will be a professional photographer taking Valentines Photos for only $10 for an 8 x 10.

Tickets are $50 each. *** ONLY 200 Tickets to Be Sold! ***

Welcome to the Valentines & Vegas Casino Night web page. 

We need assistance in three areas:

1. Donations to be used as prizes, raffle or auction items.  (Click Here for the Donation Request Letter)
2. Donations of food that we can serve the night of the event. 
3. Sponsors for the casino gaming tables.  Sponsorship is $250 and includes two tickets to the casino (a $100 value), your company’s name and logo on the table and on the back of our program, recognition on our Post’s Website, and the opportunity to hand out “goodies” on your table.  Sponsors will get recognized on the back of our program, their name on a gaming table, the opportunity to pass out promotional material, and our thanks for supporting our Legion!  Get some friends together and sponsor a "Cowboys" table, or a "I Love the Legion" table, or a "I Love My Wife" table.  Here is the sign-up form to become a sponsor for a table:   Casino_Night_Table_Sponsor_Form.pdf

Be sure to get your tickets now.  We're expecting overwhelming interest in this, our first, casino night.  We're going to have a professional Elvis impersonator who will, among other things, perform a Renewal of Vows ceremony in honor of Valentines Day.  We'll also have a professional photographer on hand to take some Valentines Day photos.  Don't miss out!  Get your tickets now.
